We sold a house and built a house using Tad LeFevre. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tad to anyone one buying or selling. He is professional, responsive, and great to have on your team. He was able to bring in more for our home than what I was expecting. During our build he met multiple times with us and the builder. Maybe the most impressive thing about Tad is his communication. Of all the phone calls and emails I sent him, he would either answer right away or get back within an hour or so. That's a big deal to me as some relators struggle getting back. We'll be using Tad again. He's top tier.

One year ago... we were looking for a home near Nashville when there were really none that fit our needs at the time. After a long search, our daughter turned us onto DOUG as she had him for a home she purchased a few years earlier. DOUG found us a home that was a perfect fit in Spring Hill at a fair price that wasn’t even listed yet on the MLS. Today, DOUG helped us sell that home as a move out of state prompted the sale. We wanted to originally list during the holiday season, however, being a slow market time DOUG suggested that we wait until after the holidays to keep the listing fresh. DOUG did suggest that we place a Coming Soon sign in the yard Incase there were any interested parties. Then BANG! A couple saw the Coming Soon sign and inquired about the house.
