My agent (Laletta Smith) was a true blessing on my homebuying journey! Very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. She kept me informed and empowered during this journey. She advocated for my best interest and connected me with the providers and assistance I needed. She worked closely with my loan agent, attended showings & inspections with me. Literally was by my side the entire journey. When closing day came, we celebrated the completion together and she continues to assist me even after the ink dried!!!!

I've dealt with a handful of realtors during our homebuying process and Shelley is hands down the best! She's so professional and knowledgeable and whenever any little issue came up she was clear and quick to come up with a solution! Other realtors made me feel like we weren't worth their time because of our small budget, but Shelley knew how important this process was for us! I'm sure she has dozens of other homebuyers that she is working with, but she bent over backwards to get us the house of our dreams!! She also arranged for us to be shown a house while she was on vacation with her fellow Red Bird realtor Ashwin and he was very friendly and accommodating!

We enjoyed working with Ashley. She was always always available to answer our questions in a timely manner. She worked very hard arranging painters and a cleaning crew to make sure the property was in excellent condition before listing our house.
