I've dealt with a handful of realtors during our homebuying process and Shelley is hands down the best! She's so professional and knowledgeable and whenever any little issue came up she was clear and quick to come up with a solution! Other realtors made me feel like we weren't worth their time because of our small budget, but Shelley knew how important this process was for us! I'm sure she has dozens of other homebuyers that she is working with, but she bent over backwards to get us the house of our dreams!! She also arranged for us to be shown a house while she was on vacation with her fellow Red Bird realtor Ashwin and he was very friendly and accommodating!

Hope goes above and beyond and gets the job done! Hope listened to what I wanted, was available and communicated well. Moving is such a stressful time, and Hope made the process feel manageable by walking me through every step of the selling and buying process. If I am ever in the market to buy and sell again, I would 100% list and buy with Hope!

We enjoyed working with Ashley. She was always always available to answer our questions in a timely manner. She worked very hard arranging painters and a cleaning crew to make sure the property was in excellent condition before listing our house. Dana was right there beside us the whole way as we bought our first home ensuring everything was done right. Whether it was making sure repairs were made prior to closing, making sure paperwork was in order, and even making sure the grass was mowed, she never stopped working for us. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone. Larry was great to work with. We had to move back to WI because of wife's Cancer treatment and surgery. So, he took care of the home and check on it many times since it was empty. 3 days before our closing a major storm hit and did damage to the home by pulling a big tree down which miss the home but did take the electric riser and power box down and damage a part of the gutter. This cause us over $5000 to fix and on top of that it cause the dishwasher and stove to be replace which cause us more dollars. He knew this would cause us hardship so he decided to reduce his commission down so that the closing could still go on and we didn't have to bring dollars to closing. With the Cancer treatments and the cost there, it was one last thing to worry about, if anybody needs a Contractor too. Contact Gary at G2G Home Improvement because he also helped on the cost.
