I met Brenda in 2004, before she became a real estate agent. So, when deciding to sell my house, I found her on the web with a pretty successful career as an agent. Her sales numbers speak for themselves. She knows the market and has gained a tremendous amount of knowledge in the field. We sold a house and built a house using Tad LeFevre. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tad to anyone one buying or selling. He is professional, responsive, and great to have on your team. He was able to bring in more for our home than what I was expecting. During our build he met multiple times with us and the builder. Maybe the most impressive thing about Tad is his communication. Of all the phone calls and emails I sent him, he would either answer right away or get back within an hour or so. That's a big deal to me as some relators struggle getting back. We'll be using Tad again. He's top tier.

Asked for help finding home a solid year+ prior to actual buy as I have worked with him professionally and it was hard to not notice that homes/real estate are his absolute passion.
