Shelley Duke | Broker/Owner
Shelley Duke is the Broker/Owner of Red Bird Realty Florida and Red Bird Realty of Georgia, boutique brokerages serving buyers and sellers throughout Tallahassee, Thomasville, and South Georgia. With more than 25 years of real estate experience, she delivers refined, personalized representation for distinctive homes, luxury properties, acreage, land, estates, lifestyle properties, and residential real estate across the Florida–Georgia line.
Exceptional properties and important life transitions require more than a standard transaction process. Each client receives strategic pricing, elevated property presentation, skilled negotiation, clear communication, and thoughtful guidance. Whether selling a family home, marketing acreage, relocating between Florida and Georgia, or searching for a historic home, country estate, or lifestyle property, every strategy is tailored to the property, the market, and the client’s priorities.
Red Bird Realty’s distinctive property portfolio has earned regional, national, and international media attention through strategic public-relations and property-marketing outreach. For properties with a compelling story, professional presentation, targeted digital exposure, broker-to-broker outreach, and selective media outreach work together to connect exceptional properties with qualified buyers.
As a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ and Seniors Real Estate Specialist®, Shelley offers compassionate, organized real-estate support for probate and inherited-property sales, estate settlements, downsizing, and other transition-related needs. Coordination with personal representatives, trustees, heirs, attorneys, and other professional advisers helps manage the real-estate portion of a transition with discretion and care.
