We were so impressed that we did not even bother to interview any other real estate agents. She was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. She laid out and effectively explained all options that Mark Spain offered. We opted for the traditional sale. Within 2 days of the listing we had more hits than we anticipated. Ms. Renfroe was on top of all appointments and worked tirelessly to make our very swift offer a reality.
