Crystal Wiltbank is a top notch realtor who is professional, really knows her market and who really listens. She paid attention to details/wishes such as price, square footage, type of home, location of home. She knows her stuff. Covid interrupted my initial home search but as soon as I was ready post Covid she worked with me to find the perfect home. It took a while but I never felt pressured to buy. At every step in the search and buying process, she was there to explain, assist, hold my hand which all lead to an extremely smooth settlement with no surprises. Crystal was outstanding at informing, updating and educating me on the changes in the real estate world - it’s been 24 years since I bought a new home. Plus, I was buying in a new state. I was looking for my forever home as a retired senior. I was ditching vertical living in a large townhome and down-sizing to a one level home at the shore - my final and forever home is how I viewed it. When I visited the house, it just felt like home.
