Licensed and selling at the Delaware beaches since 1987, Ann managed the ResortQuest sales team from 2001 to 2012. She has served as Chairperson on Delaware’s Real Estate Commission and Treasurer of the Sussex County Board of REALTORS® along with numerous other positions of leadership in the real estate community. A life long Delawarean, Ann obtained a Business Finance degree from the U of DE, and has resided with her husband and 2 daughters in Bethany Beach since 1987. "I have been lucky enough to travel to some interesting places in the world which helped me to realize that nothing surpasses this area. The beauty of the ocean, bays and wildlife, the family oriented boardwalks, the quaint towns, the wonderful community members, the vast amount of activities available, and the very favorable tax structure, all combine to make this an ideal place to vacation, raise a family or retire. We are also very close to the major metropolitan areas of the Northeast which makes us ideally located and has definitely assisted in the preservation of real estate values relative to other areas." Ann enjoys walking on the beach, boating, and spending time with family and her dog Timber. In addition to the hundreds of families she has sold to, she brings a vast amount of knowledge from personal experiences owning real estate and rentals as well. She also is one of the "Three Blonde Bakers" of downtown Bethany. Her two daughters run a business by that name selling homemade fudge, local ice cream, candy, gourmet coffee and baked goods. "Although I concentrate on real estate, I am proud of our very successful business thanks to the hard work of my daughters. It's one more reason to buy in the Bethany Beach area. Amazing experience!!

I have used Ann for several real estate transactions at the beach. What’s common in all of them is her amazing market knowledge, attention to detail, professionalism and ability to get things done. She has a person who can handle any request… truly full service at its best. In addition her knowledge of the beach area is unsurpassed. I would not hesitate to use Ann again.

Ann Baker is the consummate professional! Her knowledge of the industry and the area is top-notch. Ann cares about each and every client. She is an expert and pays attention to details and nuances that make each client unique… Our family made 2 real estate purchases with Ann and we completely enjoyed working with her. Her sense of humor and positive vibe made doing the paperwork pleasant (dare I say fun)! We were extremely pleased with both purchases and plan to work with Ann again in the future!

We have a condo that could stand some attention

We have a condo that could stand some attention. Ann is so good at what she does that we are thinking of listing our DE condo with her, having her prep it for sale and then buying it back ourselves. Not really, but a compliment just the same.
