Vlado made the process incredibly easy. From advice on how to best prepare the property for viewing to preparing all the necessary documents needed for the sale. And in many cases he volunteered to perform task himself to help move the sale along. He was instrumental in keeping the buyer on task despite a couple of delays. I would only use Vlado should the need arise for future property sales.
