We rented a property Natalie was managing, so when it came time to rent our home out...it was a no brainer as to who would be the best person to manage it. 3 years later we then decided to sell our home and without a doubt knew Natalie would be our best advocate to get this done properly. She also was our realtor while looking to purchase a condo- her tireless effort and dedication to her trade is greatly appreciated. Natalie is always looking out for her clients - she just doesn’t agree to agree and will for sure speak honestly...which is refreshing...especially as she’s the expert and guidance is necessary. Have I mentioned patience - she’s so understanding and patient...I can’t imagine how she juggled the two functions at the same time for us (sale & purchase). Always answered my calls, emails & texts - literally seemed available 24/7, and was forthcoming when she wasn’t...yet even on vacation she would text and email me. 4 years of getting to know Natalie as a professional I can unequivocally state that she’s the right person for any of your realty needs...from property management to renting, selling or purchasing...no one can match her dedication. This was not my first sell or first home purchase, so I’m genuinely stating that she’s the best!
