Tim is by far the best Realtor that anyone could ever work with. He not only does what every good Realtor would do, he has a “whatever it takes to get the job done” attitude and goes way beyond meeting ones expectations. He is a very intelligent, well spoken, kind, hardworking individual and I don’t know what we would have done without him. Tim helped us with the sale of my parents home located 3 hours away from me. He took care of it like his own, arranging and meeting contractors for repairs that came up, went to the home to close the hurricane shutters when we couldn’t find someone to do it and even built a shutter for a window that was missing one! Marketing of the home was top notch, photos and video very professional with extensive internet coverage. Tim found a great buyer, paperwork and closing were quick and easy.
