A couple years later when it was time to sell his place she was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and so professional. The pictures of the condo were beautifully done. The home sold within hours of going live on MLS. When we were looking for a new place for ourselves and would send her properties we were interested in she was quick to send us all the information on those properties and would quickly set up viewings. She was always willing to answer any questions for us or communicate with the selling agents to get questions answered. Kara does a great job with marketing, negotiating, and is a great communicator. Matthew took on a challenging ordeal with this home. Sellers are from out of state and Matt mediated all events of home repairs with his suggestions. Everything went smooth and home sold in a timely fashion. This is the 3rd home Matt has sold for my family and as always done a great job.
