My wife and I purchased our First home with Jim and going into the process we were nervous, and overwhelmed by the whole thing. Jim helped us and made us feel comfortable and confident in our decisions and without him I don't think we would have found the home we did. He wasn't focused on getting a sale to make some money he wanted us to find the right home. He put his clients first and it was clear that he cared about us as people and finding the home that was the best first for us. He made the experience as stress free as possible and always advocated for us whenever he could. It seemed like at every step in the process their was a point where my wife and I remarked at how Jim did something for us that felt above and beyond what a normal real estate agent would do. If possible My wife and I would only ever use Jim for any future real estate needs and he is who I will be recommending to anyone I meet who is looking to buy or sell a home in the area. His knowledge and expertise are vast and it's immediately apparent just how much he knows. He was eager and happy to share this with us whenever we asked so not only did we come out of this with a great home but we also feel like if we need to buy another home in the future we (thanks to Jim) have a much better understanding of how the system works. I can't say enough good things about Jim and we're both so thankful for the time, work, and energy he put in to helping us through this process.
