After my initial meeting with Jane I knew she was the best person to work with me to sell my home. She made several suggestions on how to optimize the price and sell the home quickly. These were things that other agents hadn’t recommend. She was able to help me navigate several complex situations, including listing over the holidays and dealing with an empty house. Through Jane’s knowledge of the Nocatee market I was able to sell my home in 6 days and at a price that was excellent for the market. During negotiations she made several suggestions that helped to get me the maximum profit from my property. I would highly recommend her and the team behind her.
