To say anyone is the greatest is a bold claim, but Charlene really is. My wife and I decided to move to the New Orleans area and we had no idea where or how to start; thankfully someone who knew her referred her to us. Charlene promptly called us to introduce herself and see if she could help us with our real estate needs. After telling her our hopes and needs she quickly compiled a list of homes to see; her knowledge of all the areas in and around New Orleans became very evident. Her patience with us was also very evident as we, not being local, had no idea what area would have been good for us. After what I’m sure seemed like an eternity, we selected a house. The whole process, from inspections to signing, was as smooth as could be. Charlene constantly communicated with us as to the status of inspections and attended each and every one of them in our absence. We could not have done this move without her, literally and figuratively. Post sale Charlene continued to make sure we were transitioning to our new city and state ok. Her knowledge of resources within the city and surrounding areas, from contractors, restaurants, shopping….and even starting utility services is a true blessing. Our thanks to her cannot be expressed enough. We would highly recommend Charlene for any real estate needs and she is our go to person from here on out.

An agent can be someone who fills in blanks on a contract or someone who gives you confidence and more than you’re asking for when closing a deal and Jake is the latter. He handles the duties that come with buying a property to allow you to focus on the property itself and if it’s a right fit for you, whether it’s a personal residence or investment property. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable when buying a property and works hard to get his clients the most favorable deal. 10/10 recommend

There are a lot of realtors in the game. And then there’s Leslie Heindel. Leslie is a force of nature who will not stop working until she has gotten you your home. This was my first home buying experience and I would have been lost without her. Hell, I’m pretty sure I’m still lost but I knew I could trust her to take the lead. She doesn’t just unlock properties to let people poke around; she shows up with a printed list of everything there is to know about a property then looks at the property with you, pointing out things you may have missed or helping you figure out why that weird thing or whatever is weird. A New Orleans native, she’s super well connected; if she doesn’t know something about a property you can bet she knows someone who does and she will have them on the phone in a matter of minutes. Closing on my house was a challenge due to a number of factors. She adeptly helped me navigate them, pivoted when needed, and offered me experts who stepped in when she reached the end of her wealth of knowledge. She was never afraid to admit when she didn’t know something and would do the digging needed to figure it out. In an industry filled with untrustworthy people, you can count on Leslie to keep it real. She is always honest and won’t just tell you what you want to hear in order to close a deal... even if that means having to work even more before getting her client a home. You can tell that she really wants to set people up for success and happiness in their homes. In short, she gives a sh*t and it shows. You won’t regret signing on with Leslie as your realtor… if you’re lucky enough to even get her- she’s busy for a good reason!
