It didn’t take long to realize that selling my friend’s house would be a major logistical challenge since the house was in Summerville, South Carolina while I was in Fredericksburg, Virginia. That was a decision I never regretted for even a second. In the following months Sheila Monahan was simply outstanding. She did an excellent job of helping me understand local market conditions, kept me fully apprised of all the repairs needed to get the house ready for market, anticipated possible issues in a timely manner, and laid out well-considered options for me to considered. In providing this support she was unflappable and always maintained her professionalism, seasoned with a nicely balanced sense of humor.
