Sheila is a gem

in December 2024 I became the executor for the estate of a friend who I knew from childhood. That realtor was Sheila Monahan and as it turned out my friend was right in her assessment. After arranging to meet Sheila Monahan during a trip to Summerville in early January 2025, I decided that she was the person I wanted as my realtor. That was a decision I never regretted for even a second. In the following months Sheila Monahan was simply outstanding. She did an excellent job of helping me understand local market conditions, kept me fully apprised of all the repairs needed to get the house ready for market, anticipated possible issues in a timely manner, and laid out well-considered options for me to considered. In providing this support she was unflappable and always maintained her professionalism, seasoned with a nicely balanced sense of humor.
