Unfortunately, I didn’t find the perfect place on my weekend, but within a week of my visit, Cathy located the perfect place for us. I never thought I would buy a place that I had not seen in person, but I was so comfortable with Cathy that I had no problem going forward. Within 2 months from my trip to SC, we had purchased our new place. Life is good!
