Very helpful. Found properties for me. Even went in and videoed several properties. Was able to find attorney that could close in 30 days during the holidays. Answered text and emails very quickly. Would definitely use and recommend again.
Cathy was absolutely wonderful. We decided to buy a second home but we are 9 hours away. She took the time to find out what we were looking for and then would send me listing that matched our criteria. I finally went down to South Carolina for a weekend and she showed me several properties. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. Unfortunately, I didn’t find the perfect place on my weekend, but within a week of my visit, Cathy located the perfect place for us. I never thought I would buy a place that I had not seen in person, but I was so comfortable with Cathy that I had no problem going forward. Within 2 months from my trip to SC, we had purchased our new place. Life is good!
Cathy was the best! She was extremely helpful, professional and accommodating. We lived three hours away and had to come see listings at the last minute and not very convenient times; however, she was always willing to work with the crazy schedule. She was knowledgeable about all the areas we visited and found us the perfect location. Since we have moved she has also been available to answer questions I had about the area and has helped me feel settled. I definitely recommend Cathy!!
