What an amazing lady! She is extraordinary hard working and she went above and beyond to help us obtain our property. Whenever we would get stressed she was our calm in the storm. She was the utmost professional at all times. Madison was very communicative and called us multiple times a day if necessary to keep us up to date. I could always reach her quickly if I had any questions or issues. She always looked out for our best interest and I knew she was always in our corner fighting for us. Madison consistently went the extra mile. I know she made a lot of phone calls and spent a lot of time and effort to help us with details that were not in her job description. When we make another real estate purchase we will only use her. We are very blessed and thankful to have had Madison walk through this journey with us!

Lisa worked endlessly with us for 1 1/2 weeks. We came for vacation to see friends and finally decided this was the year. We explained to Lisa that we were here for two weeks. We didn’t know what we really wanted but we explained to her our situation and what we were looking for. Lisa went above and beyond helping us. She brought us all over, showing us every house we wanted to look at . She knew we only had a week and a half and then we had to go back north. I would message Lisa and she’d be right back to me not long after and getting us in to see houses right away. We cannot say enough about Lisa. She’s Honest, Exceptional, Outstanding, ..We negotiated with the sellers while we were here. And we moved in a month later. We are so grateful to Lisa. Thank you Again Lisa ⭐️

Patsy is AMAZING! She will advocate for her client and get the best deal possible for you. We looked at 4 homes with pre- approval ready to put an offer down, and it was so disheartening not to be able to find something we wanted to purchase because of the listings were misleading, but Patsy worked after 9 pm tirelessly trying to find a "New Build" that she insisted we would be able to handle with regard to our income, and finally another realtor answered the call at 10 O'clock at night, agreed to meet us on July 4th, showed us the home that next morning. The home was absolutely beautiful, BRAND New. We put in an offer that day, it was accepted that same day. We signed paperwork and closed in record time, in 28 days. We even got free blinds and gutters added in at no cost. And if she hadn't already gone a hundred extra miles for us. Because we were moving from Ohio. She did our walk throughs for us. I tell you PATSY is Amazing. Hands down, before you go anywhere else. Please, You owe it to yourself to give her a call. She works for you. Thank you Patsy. We love you.
