I began working with Brian in December of 2020 - when I was still living in Dallas, TX and considering a move to Myrtle Beach after the pandemic layoffs at American Airlines. By time I arrived in April 2021 the housing market was moving at a super insane pace with properties posted in AM being overbid by the afternoon. I was soon constrained by the lack of inventory in Myrtle Beach within my approval range and forced to signed yet another apartment lease. Not deterred, Brian continued to work diligently to find a home that met my specific need - that being a young, single-story, family home. As a well-honed agent Brian knows that everything noted on an MLS listing is not the whole picture. He is not shy about getting your questions addressed and, pointing out items that may be potential problems down the road. We continued to search to find the 'right' home into the new year. Well, it was a long time coming but in March of 2022 a down payment was placed on a new build in the Carsen's Ferry development in Conway. This ideal new home was finally completed and closed on March 31, 2023. Thank You So Very Much Brian for making this new home in my 'new' season here in South Carolina a reality!
