We’ve used John Coulter as our realtor for two home purchases and one sale, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. We looked at many homes, and John was always quick to get us in to see properties efficiently. When we weren’t on the island, he made the process easy by doing video walkthroughs with us. What we especially appreciated was that John consistently pointed out both the positives and potential drawbacks of each property without pushing his personal opinion unless we specifically asked. Once we were ready to buy or sell, his knowledge and expertise were invaluable. Real estate transactions can be complicated, and you want someone in your corner who truly understands the process and will advocate for you every step of the way. John is absolutely that person!

First off, he sold our home in one day for full price. And he negotiated a purchase price that was comfortable for us on the home that we just purchased. I can’t put into words how smooth everything went with him. We are extremely grateful.
