I experienced a lot of setbacks trying to get my house ready to list including a four inch snowfall that collapsed the screens on my lanai, a squirrel chewing through a pipe in my attic causing a flood in the walls of the master bedroom, and the death of my daughter. Rick was extremely helpful getting me through all of this. Great advice and a list of very competent people to help with things like junk removal, cleaning services and many other things.
