Mark was also very helpful during the property inspection process and was able to help me hire the right people to do the fixes required by the buyers - he even helped with some of them himself! And, he worked well with the buyer's agent to negotiate what fixes were really required. Keith was wonderful to work with! My mom was selling her house and I was assisting with the process.
