This was the second time we used Cahill Miller Realty (twice selling and twice buying) and yet again, our experience exceeded all expectations. Market knowledge resulted in an appropriately priced listing, staging advice was phenomenal, fantastic showing traffic, under contract in one week (last home sell was also that fast), negotiations were handled expertly and all aspects of the situation were handled professionally with our best interests in mind. We would absolutely sign with them again and highly recommend them to others.
