Candice Credle is an amazing realtor. She always looked out for our best interests and made sure we actually understood the home buying process. She never made us feel like a burden or dumb for not understanding something. She is very patient and kind and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better.
Candice was absolutely amazing. She’s experienced, detailed, knowledgeable and provides great communication. She made the entire process seamless and took on the responsibility to appropriately negotiate terms with the sellers on my behalf. Candice genuinely cares and will literally be there with you during every step of becoming a homeowner. I highly recommend her services!
My experience with Ms. Credle was perfect to say the least, she knows the VA process extremely well and knows how to handle them.
Candace helped my husband and I buy our first house together. I could tell from the start we were in good hands. She worked hard to get us the house we wanted at the price we wanted. Her dedication and communication made a huge difference. She even made sure that the previous owners replaced the hot water heater which was extremely old. Without her, we would not be living in this beautiful home. We are very thankful she was our agent and we would recommend her service.
Candice and team were absolutely amazing. As a first time homebuyer I was clueless and anxious about the process but Candice gave us grace and was patient, respectful, she advocated for us behind the scenes and the results showed. Can’t ask for a better realtor. Thank you so much Candice.
