My experience with Kimberly and Daniel Gaffney was excellent.

The selling of my brother's estate was an easy flow .. Kimberly, although a friend of mine, done an extremely good job! She's very knowledgeable in real estate and was always available to answer any questions regarding real estate. I have used her expertise several times and never disappointed. She's knowledgeable in all areas and this being an estate sale of a double wide..did more than requested as a realtor. I would recommend Kim or Daniel, her son.

Brody was great! We moved to the area from out of state and he is very knowledgeable on all the Charlotte areas and suburbs. He showed us many houses at every stage of our home buying process. Other realtors don’t want to show you houses until you’re ready to put an offer in and Brody was the opposite. He showed us places when we were in the early talks of moving so that we could get a good idea of what area we were interested in. He was quick with updating our search criteria. He had offers ready to submit quickly so you weren’t losing the home you love. We couldn’t recommend a realtor more when you’re relocating to the Charlotte area.
