The selling of my brother's estate was an easy flow .. Kimberly, although a friend of mine, done an extremely good job! She's very knowledgeable in real estate and was always available to answer any questions regarding real estate. I have used her expertise several times and never disappointed. She's knowledgeable in all areas and this being an estate sale of a double wide..did more than requested as a realtor. I would recommend Kim or Daniel, her son.

She knows her stuff and she kept us in the loop on things that came up and she advised us on things we did not have a clue on. She has patients with her clients especially us due to the hick ups with this house being sold .She's a go getter she works hard for all her clients and her son Daniel was just as much involved in the process they were more like family instead of reailtors. We are so glad that we were able to work with them she had alot of things going on at home but she still was able to keep things a float between the both . Kim did a fantastic job selling my house. She is very knowledgeable with the laws, had answers to all my questions, patience, and took all the time with me that I needed. Kimberly is a very knowledgeable agent. I dealt with a previous agent that was representing a buyer. The agent ended up being the night mare that you hear horror stories about. It was only through the experience and knowledge of Kimberly that I was able to get out of the contract and get the land back on the market. Even after that the original agent tried to bully his way back into the situation. He advised us that he had a court order against the seller and property. Kimberly was able to get access to court records that stated to the contrary to what the other agent was broadcasting. We were then able to find a buyer for the property that was more land as opposed to domestic real estate. Her knowledge of the rules that are levied with the sale of domestic property allowed me to sale the property without fear of repercussions at a later date. Kimberly was a good communicator with me and the buyer so that at the closing there were no surprises. The closing went as hoped and both buyer and seller were happy with the results. I would have no problem recommending her services as a real estate agent to family and friends.
