When we sold that home Patricia again provided great service and gave us advise on listing price and the home sold within a week. We have relocated back to New Jersey/Pennsylvania to be closers to family and Patricia kept in contact with us during our search and continued providing advise and truly cared about our success in finding a home even though we were not buying in North Carolina.
