As first time homebuyers, my wife and I hardly knew where to begin. All we knew was we wanted some land, a wood burning fireplace, rustic charm, and as close to the running trail as possible. After several months we were ready to settle (several times) and give up on exactly what we envisioned. Susan, never let us give up on our dream and, after a long journey we ended up on Craftsman home, owned by one family, with a fireplace, one block from the trail...On 1.6 acres!!! Roseanna was so helpful in walking with us for the entire process of selling out home. We had already moved to another state but she did everything in her power to make the entire process as simple and stress free as possible. From actually putting our home on the market at a fair market price to the pictures to make all the selling points stand out. She was really helpful by staying in touch and accessible for the entire process. If there was a question she didn’t have an answer to she was wonderful about getting an answer and quickly getting back in touch with us.
