Susan didn't let us settle!

As first time homebuyers, my wife and I hardly knew where to begin. All we knew was we wanted some land, a wood burning fireplace, rustic charm, and as close to the running trail as possible. After several months we were ready to settle (several times) and give up on exactly what we envisioned. Susan, never let us give up on our dream and, after a long journey we ended up on Craftsman home, owned by one family, with a fireplace, one block from the trail...On 1.6 acres!!! We couldn't be more thankful to Susan for helping us find our perfect first home!
