Enna, from the beginning, walked me thru every step of the process. Her market analysis was right on point and came in above what my expectations were. Enna made sure my home was well broadcasted to potential home buyers. Her strategy with sale timing, open house, and advertisement worked very well as i received an offer withing the first week. She took care of pretty much everything, explaining each document and giving me the "cliff notes" which made the sale very easy for me...i just pretty much sat back and Enna took care of everything. I would highly recommend her and will use her for future home buying and selling.

We had a wonderful experience working with Enna Deane while selling our home. From start to finish, she made the process feel much less overwhelming and always made sure we felt informed and supported. She was excellent at handling all of the paperwork and details, making everything smooth and organized for us as first-time sellers. ...working with a long-time family friend from the neighborhood, Nakia was simply outstanding. She’s just the best at selling homes! Being that my mother had just passed away and me being located out-of-state, Nakia was always there in any capacity needed in supporting the family estate and my needs. She aided me in finding movers, used her own funds to make minor (but effective) updates to the home, helped move home items, met with non-buying third-parties on my behalf when I couldn't be available, and frequently checked-in with me on the current status, any changes in the plan of action, and to inquire if I needed anything. Nakia's calculated selling price to value ratio was on point...selling at just the price expected within two-days of being on the market....wow. The entire process didn't take but roughly 30-days from first contacting Nakia. Thank you so much Nakia for your experience, knowledge, patience, your tenacity of the real estate profession, and just being a nice person....and oh, she was always well dressed and presentable.
