...working with a long-time family friend from the neighborhood, Nakia was simply outstanding. She’s just the best at selling homes! Being that my mother had just passed away and me being located out-of-state, Nakia was always there in any capacity needed in supporting the family estate and my needs. She aided me in finding movers, used her own funds to make minor (but effective) updates to the home, helped move home items, met with non-buying third-parties on my behalf when I couldn't be available, and frequently checked-in with me on the current status, any changes in the plan of action, and to inquire if I needed anything. Nakia's calculated selling price to value ratio was on point...selling at just the price expected within two-days of being on the market....wow. The entire process didn't take but roughly 30-days from first contacting Nakia. Thank you so much Nakia for your experience, knowledge, patience, your tenacity of the real estate profession, and just being a nice person....and oh, she was always well dressed and presentable. Betsy was the best and we highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase (or sell) a home. Rob did a great job of getting my house sold. When I thought it was never going to happen he helped me stay with it. When I listened to him it sold. He did what was needed to be done to keep me with and get what I needed for the house. Stay with Rob and he will stay with you.

Roseanna was so helpful in walking with us for the entire process of selling out home. We had already moved to another state but she did everything in her power to make the entire process as simple and stress free as possible.
