Over the past year we listed 2 properties with Tracy and the one thing I can say is the experience was spectacular. We always had consistent contact and best of all she priced our properties perfectly! Her negotiating skills and knowledge of the market were spot on. We were also very impressed that no matter when we called she answered or called back immediately and always made us feel important. Hands down most knowledgeable, friendliest and driven realtor in Greenville. Doug Trenor

We were quite anxious about the process to sell our home in Charlotte. From the very first meeting with Gina, we got evidence of her passion for the job in conjunction with an extraordinary competence. Throughout the entire process Gina and her team took ownership of every aspect and guided us, constantly keeping communications channels open and active (special thanks to Kirsten!). From staging the house to taking pictures, from marketing the property to reaching a deal with the buyers, Gina managed everything professionally and with our best interest in mind. We feel we were lucky that our path crossed with Gina and couldn't recommend her and her team more.

Susan was soo patient to help is look at soo many houses until we found the right one. She was always available to answer questions and meet with us . I highly recommend her.
