OMG!!!! Never ever has anything in my life has gone as smooth and quick as selling my house. I seriously thought it would sit on the market for 2 or 3 months. When Josh says he is going to deliver he delivers. Ten showings within a week. Two offers on the same day in less than a week and a half. Josh kept me updated through the whole process. Easy peasy! And I can't brag enough on Haley who in my opinion is the glue that keeps the office flowing. Hayley was on top of the paperwork and kept me sane throughout the process. Brody, helped me find a new place after Josh sold mine so fast. He was patient, handled the details, and put up with my crazy questions and requests. The Josh Finigan Group is by far the best real estate company in North and South Carolina.

We just closed on a home that offers practically everything we had on our wish list! And it couldn't have happened without the help of Brody Todd and his team at The Finigan Group. We are over 400 miles away and appreciated all the time Brody invested in understanding what we were looking for in this next home. Over several conversations, reviewing months of online listings he curated for us, and accompanying us during each of our visits to the area, our idea of what we wanted evolved, and Brody adjusted. He helped us get familiar with the area, recommended areas to check out so we'd understand more about what each offered socially and recreationally. He understood we weren't just buying a home but we would be settling into a new area, and it had to feel right for us. We saw a lot of homes but when we found the one, he helped us move very quickly to make a competitive offer and secure the contract. We appreciated how communicative he was every single step of the way, how he helped us negotiate certain details, and how he found local, trustworthy contractors to assess the home inspection findings and take on the work to resolve the items so that we and the sellers felt comfortable proceeding. The 5-star rating is well-deserved, Brody. Thank you for everything!

Brody Todd is one of one! Extremely knowledgeable and really shows a lot of care throughout the whole process. Highly recommend him and this group!
