OMG!!!! Never ever has anything in my life has gone as smooth and quick as selling my house. I seriously thought it would sit on the market for 2 or 3 months. When Josh says he is going to deliver he delivers. Ten showings within a week. Two offers on the same day in less than a week and a half. Josh kept me updated through the whole process. Easy peasy! And I can't brag enough on Haley who in my opinion is the glue that keeps the office flowing. Hayley was on top of the paperwork and kept me sane throughout the process. Brody, helped me find a new place after Josh sold mine so fast. He was patient, handled the details, and put up with my crazy questions and requests.
