Evan did a fantastic job!! I live out of state and Evan went overboard to do help me from afar. He was at the house to oversee every preparation, every inspection, and all showings. I think we had 36 showings in 3 days. He made a spread sheet that included each showing and ALL of their information. It made it so easy for me to have a visual and compare each of the 36. From preparation to closing, it was about 3 weeks. YES He kept me informed all the way through the entire process.
