Evan Park

Evan did a fantastic job!! I live out of state and Evan went overboard to do help me from afar. He was at the house to oversee every preparation, every inspection, and all showings. I think we had 36 showings in 3 days. He made a spread sheet that included each showing and ALL of their information. It made it so easy for me to have a visual and compare each of the 36. From preparation to closing, it was about 3 weeks. YES He kept me informed all the way through the entire process. The thing I was MOST impressed with was his treating me like I was selling a multimillion dollar house, which mine was no where near. Evan is a go-getter and a hard worker!! He made this process so easy for me and we are now also friends for life!! THANKS to Evan and Fast Track Realty!!

They were total strangers to me, referred to me by another total stranger, and they all treated me like family. I'm as happy for them as I am for myself with their success.
