Charlene was super responsive from the start. I would text her pretty late or early some days. She even met me at 8:30 am on a Sunday to look at a property, with very short notice. She was patient with me and my all over the place ideas. We looked at a LOT of homes! She offered guidance and didn’t make me feel bad about changing my mind every 5 minutes!
