We were very particular about what we were looking for and where we wanted to be so we were not the easiest clients, but Awilda was excellent at honing in on what we wanted (and didn't want). Once we found the home we wanted she was able to guide us through the process seamlessly and we closed with zero issues or setbacks. We would work with Awilda again in a heartbeat (and in fact are as we are selling our previous home)!
