Steve made sure to clarify when things that were happening were normal and not so normal. He helped us through the process with a friendly patient guiding hand without rushing out pushing. And when we say things we would need to fix after purchase, he has suggestions and knowledge that he felt shared, far and above what he was hired to do for us.
