He fought tooth and nail for us when we received multiple offers within the first 72 hours of being on the market. Ed Bangle came highly recommended to us through family friends who were many years in the Silcon Valley real estate business. After our first meeting, his expertise and confidence were obvious. We knew we had the right person to help sell our home. In a declining market, Ed's knowledge and experience got us through with flying colors. Our house finally went on the market in mid-November, very late in the selling season. At this point, homes for sale in our area had been languishing for weeks and even months. My wife and I cannot say enough good things about this man, nor can we recommend him highly enough to sell a home. As first time home buyers my boyfriend and I were clueless with everything that entailed home buying. Cat was VERY patient never pushy and very sweet. As we dragged our impatient kids around from house to house she was always really family oriented. She explained and walked through EVERY step with us. Surprisingly very prompt with txt and emails. She was always in the moment with us not busy texting and talking on the phone as I know she was probably busy. She went out of the country for a short time and still answered the phone and responded to text messages. She explained the house inspection with us and all the new terminology. If she says she is on top of it you can trust that she will get it done. Cat is excellent at what she does and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking buy or sell a home.
