Five star rating in my case is not good enough for Gary, I dont write reviews. Gary did not even start to ask for one and i said where do you want it. This is from my heart, He stepped into help me sell in northern and buy a home in southern cal. After huge family loses and no where to go. I went through several realtors before settling with Gary, he was a breath of fresh air and realtor/broker. His prices were absolutely fair!! He slowly talked and walked me through this audacious time for me. I appreciate how he watched guard over the process of buying down south for me. Gary exceeds expectations in every aspect. He is very reliable, trustworthy, fast and efficient, knowledgeable, capable of fulfilling his promises, and on top of that he is a very pleasant and approachable person. I'd heard only the best about him, so I entrusted him the sale of our house, giving him full freedom to do what he deemed the best. I've been very happy with this decision ever since. We sold our house very quickly, getting well above what we paid for it and well above the asking price. For all these services he provides, his rate is actually very reasonable. Gary recommended a number of renovations that would increase the value of our house, and fully took care of them. We didn't have to do anything, apart from giving him an approval. We loved how he staged the house, and we will take is as an inspiration for how to decorate our new house. After we got a number of offers (already during the first open house!), he suggested an efficient bidding strategy that worked really well. We closed a few weeks later. If we ever plan to buy another house in the Bay Area, I will for sure ask him to represent us again.
