We cannot say enough great things about Joe. He was outstanding every step of the way of our first home buying journey. We were working with another realtor but Joe ended up winning our business because he’s willing to go the extra mile. Our initial discovery meeting was very casual and the questions he asked seemed pretty typical however Joe is an expert and absolutely understood both mine and my husbands priorities. His extensive knowledge of the areas in our search combined with a good understanding of our budget limitations provided us with a tailored comparison of different pros and cons as we viewed homes and neighborhoods. When we viewed homes together he took the time to actually tour us through each property and point out both benefits and challenges/flaws each home had to offer. My husband and I both found his communication direct and professional. We appreciated his no BS approach. When it came time to put in an offer he was extremely responsive, detailed, and patient in explaining our options and would even play out scenarios depending on what our options were. This was pivotal as we were first time homebuyers and unfamiliar with this process end to end. Joe put our best interest as a priority when drafting our offer and managed relationship with the seller/agent seamlessly. He was great communicating with our loan originator and had our back along the way. The Bay Area is a hot market and Joe managed to put together an attractive yet competitive offer the sellers couldn’t decline. He is an expert in his field, clearly has a lot of well-established relationships that we were able to leverage along the way and not to sound corny but he really cares about his clients. He even took the time to attend our escrow signing which felt very ceremonious and that was cool. We look forward to working with him in the future and hands down recommend to all of our friends and family. We refuse to work with anyone else.
