When we eventually found the house I purchased, Suzanna negotiated a good price and made sure all of the little details were taken care of. She was always there when I had a question, and carefully explained each step in the process. Even after closing Suzanna gave me help and guidance as I dealt with utilities and finding things in a new community. Overall working with Suzanna Huitron was an excellent experience and I would recommend her to anyone.
