Working with Claudine Allen was a remarkable experience, especially because it was a very challenging time for me to relocate to a new home. Claudine literally held my hand and walked me through the process from beginning to the end. She patiently explained paperwork and the inspection processes and offered suggestions to help showcase the property. She was available to answer questions at any time and she responded quickly when I did have a question or a concern and answered them clearly and concisely for me. The whole selling process went extremely smooth thanks to the diligence, professionalism, knowledge and her kind patience. I felt total trust and confidence in Claudine and the way she handled the whole process. She is extraordinarily knowledgeable about the real estate market and it is very apparent how dedicated and how much she loves her profession and truly cares for her clients. Working with Claudine was a true blessing and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of an agent. She is the whole package and she will be there with you from start to finish.
