Christopher Caballero is an amazing realtor who is not only professional but knowledgeable in all fields of real estate. I contacted Christopher Caballero after receiving some information from him through mail. Through our initial conversation, Chistopher was attentive, easy to talk to, and listened to all my concerns. When we met in person Christopher went over all his selling options with me and in the end helped me receive a great price for the sale of my home! He did not cut any corners in my opinion. He went over the pre-sale process, how to get the home ready for sale, his marketing strategies, what to expect in terms of offers (which received so many!), and what to expect once in escrow. I never felt left in the dark as he constantly informed me where we were in the sales process and what the next step was. Before listing the home Christopher actually referred me to his painter and handyman that made some repairs around the house. Even though I wanted to sell my home as-is, Christopher insisted we make the repairs. I am 100% glad I took his advice as it made my home sell for much more than I was expecting! I am incredibly impressed by this youngmans attention to detail and professionalism. He takes his business very seriously and I would be glad to refer him any day!
