I honestly cannot recommend Julia enough! She is such an amazing realtor who knows her stuff. My husband and I first met Julia during an open house that she was hosting in Norco. As soon as we met her, we knew we had found the perfect agent that would be able to help us out. She has this positive energy that radiates out and draws you to her. She makes you feel comfortable and calm during the stressful process of home buying. She knew that we would be first time home buyers and so she took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us from start to finish. Her loan officer Cristina is also a charm to work with. Both of them were able to get us into our dream home in less than 3 weeks! Julia also helped us receive a credit from the seller which we all thought would be impossible to get with today’s housing market, but she made it happen. There is not a day that goes by that I don’t feel beyond blessed to be in our dream home. I know that this would not be possible if it wasn’t for Julia and her team. I highly highly recommend her!
