I have never written a review like this, but I must take the time to post one for the incomparable Michael Ngo from Nublock realty! He recently handled the sale of our Single family home in South Fontana. From start to finish, he handled every detail with total engagement, care, and professional expertise. He suggested a selling price, but wanted to make sure we would be comfortable with that result if it was our highest offer. He was sure that the price would bring in a number of offers, and was confident that we would get well over our asking price. Did we ever - we received 11 offers and sold for a whopping $10,000 over list price! We know the market is nuts these days, but we believe it was his knowledge of the best way to price our home that brought us such a huge windfall. ?? We could not have asked for a better real estate professional for so many other reasons as well. It was evident from Day One that he is passionate about his work and was in near daily contact with us as we prepared for our open house, then after the sale to make sure our communication with the new owner was going smoothly, He didn't drop the ball at any point.
