After years of visiting Joshua Tree we decided to see if we could find a home/investment property near the park. We were somewhat familiar with the area as a visitor, but knew very little about actually living in the desert. Christy was recommended to us and immediately upon meeting her, we felt very comfortable. She had expertise in the desert area and went to work immediately sending us listings, info about the cities, and being available to answer questions. When we scheduled a day to go out and visit some houses, Christy lead the way through the heat and scheduled us at different homes. Short story is we fell in love with the 4th house we saw and made an offer that was accepted that very same night! We found a house in less than a day! After that, the buying transition was smooth and Christy was always available to answer questions and is still helping us as we transition in the new home. We know very little about desert living and appreciate the help! Christy is hardworking, knows the business, and very friendly. I highly reccommend her and will call her again when we look in the desert again!
